- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bag frozen tater tots
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
- Drain any excess fat from the beef.
- Add the cream of mushroom soup, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, and onion powder to the skillet. Stir well to combine.
- Spread the beef mixture evenly in a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the beef mixture.
- Top with a layer of tater tots, covering the cheese completely.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the tater tots are golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
