Instructions
- Prepare the fruits by washing and peeling them as needed.
- Dice the pineapple, mango, and kiwi into bite-sized pieces.
- Slice the strawberries and add them to a large mixing bowl.
- Add the diced pineapple, mango, and kiwi to the bowl.
- In a small bowl, mix lime juice and honey.
- Pour the lime juice mixture over the fruit and gently toss to combine.
- Sprinkle shredded coconut on top before serving.
