- 1 pound turkey sausage
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add turkey sausage and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Add chopped bell pepper and onion. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add diced tomatoes and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
