A creamy and refreshing Greek yogurt dip with cucumbers, garlic, and herbs.

			- 1 cup Greek yogurt
 - 1 medium cucumber, grated
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
 - 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
 - Salt to taste
 
Instructions
- Grate the cucumber and squeeze out excess water.
 - In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice.
 - Add the chopped dill and salt. Mix well.
 - Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
 - Serve chilled with pita bread or vegetables.
 
Notes
- You can substitute Greek yogurt with regular yogurt for a lighter version.
 - Use mint instead of dill for a different flavor.
