Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add the diced onion and bell peppers to the skillet. Cook until they are soft.
- Stir in the cooked rice, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
