- 1 head of cabbage
- 2 cups of cooked rice
- 1 pound of ground meat (beef, turkey, or plant-based)
- 1 onion, chopped

- 1 teaspoon of pepper
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Instructions
- Prepare the cabbage by carefully removing the leaves. Blanch them in boiling water for 2 minutes to soften.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, cooking until soft.
- Add the ground meat to the skillet, cooking until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Mix in the cooked rice, diced tomatoes, salt, and pepper.
- Place a spoonful of the mixture onto each cabbage leaf and roll them up tightly.
- Arrange the rolled cabbage leaves in a baking dish. Add a little water to the bottom of the dish.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.
- Serve warm and enjoy your comforting meal.

- If you don’t have rice, quinoa works well too.
