Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup vegan chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine tahini, brown sugar, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  3. In another bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  5. Fold in vegan chocolate chips.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
  8. Let cool before enjoying.

Notes

  • For a nut-free version, use sunflower seed butter instead of tahini.
  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less sugar.
