Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, sliced carrots, and diced bell peppers.
- Drizzle olive oil over the vegetables and add minced garlic.
- Toss the vegetables until they are evenly coated.
- Spread the vegetables on a baking sheet.
