A comforting and easy-to-make white cheddar grilled cheese sandwich.
Ingredients

- 4 slices of bread
- 4 slices of white cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons of butter
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place two slices of bread, buttered side down, in the skillet.
- Add two slices of cheese on top of the bread in the skillet.
- Top with the remaining slices of bread, buttered side up.
- Cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Flip the sandwich carefully and cook the other side until golden and cheese is melted.
- Remove from skillet, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
- You can use any type of bread you prefer.
- For a healthier option, try whole grain or gluten-free bread.
- Add slices of tomato or cooked bacon for extra flavor.
