- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 can (10 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 can (4 oz) diced green chiles
- 8 corn tortillas
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, green chiles, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- In a baking dish, spread a thin layer of the chicken mixture on the bottom.
- Layer four corn tortillas over the mixture.
- Spread half of the remaining chicken mixture over the tortillas.
- Sprinkle half of the cheese on top.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining tortillas, chicken mixture, and cheese.
- Pour chicken broth over the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
