Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 can diced green chilies
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the chicken, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, green onions, green chilies, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  3. Warm the tortillas slightly to make them pliable.
  4. Spoon the chicken mixture onto each tortilla, roll them up, and place them seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
  5. Spread any remaining chicken mixture on top of the rolled tortillas.
  6. Sprinkle cheese over the top.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
