Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 8 corn tortillas
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 can diced green chilies
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the chicken, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, green onions, green chilies, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Warm the tortillas slightly to make them pliable.
- Spoon the chicken mixture onto each tortilla, roll them up, and place them seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
- Spread any remaining chicken mixture on top of the rolled tortillas.
- Sprinkle cheese over the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
Notes
- You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream for a healthier option.
- For a spicier version, add jalapeños.
- Serve with a side salad for added nutrition.
