Ingredients

- 2 pounds of beef stew meat
- 4 cups of chopped vegetables (carrots, potatoes, celery)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cups of beef broth

Instructions
- Place the beef stew meat in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add the chopped vegetables and onion on top of the meat.
- In a bowl, mix the beef broth, tomato paste, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the broth mixture over the meat and vegetables.
- Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Stir gently before serving. Enjoy your meal!
