Ingredients

  • 4 cups beef broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion is soft.
  3. Stir in the black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, taco seasoning, and beef broth.
