Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained
- 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 4 cups beef broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion is soft.
- Stir in the black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, taco seasoning, and beef broth.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with your choice of toppings.

- For a healthier option, use ground turkey or chicken.
- Vegetarian? Substitute ground beef with lentils or quinoa.
- Add diced peppers for extra flavor.
